Hurricane Irene is finally leaving the coast of North Carolina and has left a past of destruction behind her.
Already 3 deaths have been confirmed in the state of North Carolina connected to the storm. An 11 year old child was also killed in Newport News, VA from a fallen tree.
Many counties around North Carolina have no power and some around stranded due to flooding in the area.
– A section of the roof collapsed in the Berkeley Mall of Goldsboro, NC..
– East Carolina University dorms were received damage and many areas on the campus are flooded.
