This weekend, members of the Nubian Message staff celebrated the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. On Sunday, staff members attended a speech at Duke University given by former President of the NAACP, Ben Jealous, where he emphasized the importance of making your voice heard.
On Monday, Nubian writers and other N.C. State students marched in downtown Raleigh in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
