Hello, I don’t know who I complain too but I have a complaint. I recently purchased stamps with Shirley Chisholm and the picture created is HORRIBLE. It does not look like her. Why couldn’t they Photoshop this better and clearer. I’m pissed at this. Although I appreciate reading about the honor in having this done, it still could have been a better pictures.
